DRMP is seeking a Stormwater Engineer (EI). This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experienced in planning, design, and implementation of Stormwater management under the guidance of experience professionals.

Develop comprehensive Stormwater management plans including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
- Assist with site assessments and data collection for Stormwater management projects.
- Conduct basic engineering calculations and analyses under supervision.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, reports, specifications, and cost estimates for stormwater projects and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to project planning and design processes.
- Learn and apply regulatory requirements related to Stormwater management.
- Support field activities and construction oversight as needed.
- Design stormwater infrastructure such as detention/retention basins, storm sewers, and green infrastructure solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Must possess Fundamentals of Engineering (EI) certification or ability to achieve.
- 1 - 2+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on stormwater management
- Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of stormwater regulations and permitting processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
