Digital Advertising Coordinator

Summary: As a Growth Marketing Firm specializing in a niche of a niche industry, we are searching for a highly organized and proactive Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our team.
Our hyper-targeted digital advertising model involves a high volume of small-budget campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have experience developing digital advertising strategies, and building, launching, and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. They should be a team player with a proven ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be a systematic thinker who not only makes data-driven decisions but also understands how to leverage lifestyle marketing techniques to reach an affluent audience.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience creating and managing paid search, display, and social campaigns.
· Experience managing multiple client campaigns.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
· Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
· Agency experience is a plus.
· Digital certifications (Google, Facebook) are a plus.
Desired Skills:
· Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4).
· Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel management.
· Highly proficient with Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager, and Ads Manager.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
· A systematic thinker who can help us continue to grow our scalable model.
· Desire to research and test new opportunities for digital advertising.
· Comfortable participating in client calls to review KPIs or where technical expertise may be necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist with the creation, monitoring, and management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft Ads, etc.).
· Provide direction and strategy for building landing pages for client campaigns.
· Tag and track all campaign components.
· A willingness to step into our existing systems for campaign management, while also helping us improve those systems as we grow.
· Review campaign KPIs and provide data-driven optimization guidance.
· Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and others to identify and implement campaign optimizations.
· Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing recommendations for improvements.
· Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign reporting and deliver frequent updates to client-facing team members.
· Offer support to the Digital Marketing Manager as needed.
· Research and identify audience targeting utilizing a variety of tools.
· Manage campaign pacing to optimize budget utilization and ensure timely expenditure in alignment with campaign objectives and targets.
· Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and analytics platforms.
· Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items.
· Effectively manage budgets throughout the month.
