Arizona's largest fashion company is looking for a strong Customer Service Representative. We sell our ANGIE apparel line to major retailers all over the world (Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, Walmart) as well as small boutiques. We have 4,000 customers that need constant love and attention. This position is not for a large call center--we are a local, family-run business.
Job description:
1. Distribute orders to warehouse. When styles arrive in the warehouse, a "pick ticket" must be created to tell the warehouse to pack the order. The customer service rep will create pick-tickets, distribute to the warehouse and answer any questions the warehouse personnel may have.
2. Order entry. Data must be entered with perfect accuracy, so that customers get what they ordered.
3. Trade show attendance. Customer service reps will occasionally show our line at the large wholesale trade shows like MAGIC in Las Vegas and SURF in Florida.
4. Phone sales. Outbound and inbound sales calls to customers when new product comes in, or a new catalog is published.
5. Trade show prep. Ticketing and pricing garments prior to trade shows.
6. Customer return requests.
7. Any other functions that the office may need--from answering phones to trying on clothes! We're looking for an all-around team player who will do whatever is required! We're a small family business and we need strong, dedicated people.
8. Great attendance! We're looking for people who are reliable.
Requirements:
1. 4-year college degree from a well-established university (like ASU) or FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising). Please do not apply if your college degree is from an online school.
2. A great attitude.
3. Pass our math test at the beginning of the interview. There is a lot of math in fashion!
4. Preferably 3 years of relevant work experience.
