**Job Summary:**
We are seeking ONE part-time entry level Administrative Assistants to oversee the daily operations of our office. Hours are from 7am to 12:30pm. The ideal candidate will be Bilingual (Spanish), punctual, organized, speak well, be coachable/trainable, reliable/responsible, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. If you have a background in office management or administration it is preferred but not required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Oversee administrative responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Manage phone systems and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Maintain a positive office environment
-Work on daily proposals
-Win new accounts
-Communicate with all types of customers
-Collect payments
-Billing
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
