Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Remote (Preference for Candidates in Georgia, Ohio, or Washington state)
What You'll Do: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be a key player in ensuring our platform runs smoothly and our customers are happy. Your daily tasks will include:
- Reviewing and approving book titles on our platform, making sure everything matches up perfectly between Amazon and Pubby.co.
- Answering customer questions via email with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Processing refunds when needed, always with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions.

What You Need:
- Availability to work 35-40 hours per week.
- Availability on the weekends (we require at least 8 hours be worked at any point during the weekend; we are flexible on the timing and day from week-to-week)
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Proficient with computers and various software applications.
- Experience working remotely, preferably in a customer support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A reliable laptop or desktop computer (a separate mouse can make your work easier).
- High-speed internet.
- Multiple monitors are a bonus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
