Overview: The role of an RN Clinical Consultant in Long Term Care involves providing expert guidance and support to healthcare facilities that specialize in long-term care services

Regional Clinical Consultant (RN-Registered Nurse)
Responsibilities:
- Provide Clinical Support where needed for the clinical roles within the facility.
- Providing education and training: Educating staff members on best practices in long-term care, including infection control, medication management, and resident safety.
- Monitoring quality of care: Regularly evaluating the quality of care provided to residents, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance: Staying up-to-date with state and federal regulations related to long-term care and ensuring facilities are in compliance.
- Acting as a resource: Serving as a resource for staff members, providing guidance and support in complex clinical situations
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals: Working closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize resident care
- Other duties as assigned by the Complete Care Operational Team

Qualifications:
- Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- thorough understanding of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Previous long-term care leadership experience is REQUIRED.
- Reliable transportation plan.
License:
- Must have an Active RN multistate license.
