The Provider Relations Representative is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery in projects that span across one or more business units as directed by leadership. The Provider Relations Representative plays a vital role in building and supporting positive practice relationships by assisting in on-boarding functions for new participating providers, utilizing/providing tools, and reports, and collecting initial data for provider relations issues, and escalating provider operational issues to the proper team to assist in resolution. In addition, the Provider Relations Representative serves as an essential interface between internal teams and the network.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with provider onboarding in an end-to-end process
- Own contracted practice roster validation
- Assist in researching escalations for root cause analysis
- Interact directly with providers, health plan contacts and internal teams
- Develop and deliver reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, and key stakeholders
- Identify process gaps when encountered and channel escalations to leadership as needed
- Schedule, organize, and/or coordinate meetings, events, training sessions, conferences, and activities as requested; ensure electronic calendar is coordinated and up to date
- Assist with building and organizing all necessary materials in relation to onboarding, provider relations, and other cross functional teams
- Gather requested data and generate basic ad-hoc reporting as requested by leadership
- Support business leaders by prioritizing, assisting and executing action items, follow-ups and tasks with minimal supervision
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of customer service experience with the ability to analyze and solve customer problems, gain the caller’s trust, take ownership of caller’s issues and manage through to escalation
- 2+ years of project coordination experience
- 2+ years of experience with physician, ancillary, facility demographic loading, and claims billing and processing
- 2+ years of experience handling confidential and sensitive data with discretion
- Intermediate level of proficiency navigating a computer and utilizing Microsoft Office Suite Products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher

- Demonstrated ability to work well with health care providers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet all deadlines
