Responsibilities
Co-lead with senior marketing management in brainstorming, concept development, presentation, and execution of marketing plans
Generate and develop new product strategy and launch plans for a multi-brand portfolio
Implement strategic brand tactics, including brand aesthetic, messaging, and overall identity
Execute timely implementation of all plans and manage delivery of key marketing assets including internal and external processes and approvals
Ensure strategic consistency with campaign materials that include PR and advertising, product packaging and pricing, retail and merchandising executions
Partner closely with Retail, Marketing and Sales teams to secure product and promotion placement in key accounts
Manage pricing strategy and analyses of existing and new products
Assist in overseeing market research and consumer insights
Evaluate opportunities with existing brand portfolio
Set, monitor, and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual brand revenue goals
Support the delivery of the brand promise to ensure growth within all distribution channels
Create and present reports to senior management
Requirements
Must have minimum of 10 years in Marketing, Consumer Packaged Goods or Account Management with experience in Skincare or Cosmetics
Possess excellent analytical and critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Experienced in strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Able to inspire, lead and encourage teamwork in a collaborative environment
Maintain high level of accomplishment with minimal supervision
Take initiative in finding ways to improve work-related processes
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Expert at multi-tasking, and handling organizational and time-management issues
Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software including Excel and PowerPoint Photoshop skills are a plus
Able to work independently with internal teams such as Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
