Position: Overnight Medical Receptionist
Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining an organized and efficient system.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with hospital policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in medical administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
