$47-55 per hour, blended rate. 40 guaranteed hours/week.

Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse with a specialization in Long-term Care (LTC) nursing, your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality care to patients. You will:
- Assess, plan, and provide specialized nursing care to patients in the LTC unit, addressing a variety of medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments, closely following healthcare provider's orders and monitoring patient responses.
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, maintaining accurate records and detailed documentation.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and their families, offering guidance and support throughout their recovery.
- Adhere to rigorous healthcare and safety standards specific to LTC nursing.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- An active and unrestricted RN license in the state of New Mexico, or Compact State license.
- At minimum, current BLS certification (Certification requirements vary by location).
- At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, actively within the last 12 months.
- At least 2 years of specialized experience and expertise in Long-term Care (LTC) nursing.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to various patient needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to excel in the fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Travel experience, and/or willingness to travel.
