POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the Manage Care Master team, this position is responsible for supporting account implementation projects. Additionally, the role provides training on new software, upgrades and releases for the product line. This role blends elements of account management, project management, business analysis, and training. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded individual with a technical aptitude who enjoys collaborating with others and is highly accurate in their work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop an extensive knowledge of Manage Care Master
- Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training
- Coordinate new customer implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software
- Serve as the main point-of-contact for customers during implementation, handle implementation-related inquiries and route other inquiries to the appropriate department
- Reviews implementations prior to go-live to ensure all tasks are complete
- Coordinate and conduct reoccurring progress calls with customers and discuss implementation progress, gather feedback and perform business analysis
- Develop training materials for Manager Care Master implementation as needed
- Along with the product line manager or director, participate in testing new releases of the product and provide feedback
- Develop a working relationship with Sales & Marketing staff to utilize product knowledge and customer relationships in support of sales efforts
- Develop self-help resources for customers as assigned (i.e. recorded trainings, upgrade trainings, site reviews)
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new features
- Provide general customer support during times when no implementations or trainings are scheduled
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
