We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at State Farm! You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for company's book of business. You will represent us by exhibiting excellent customer service and superior phone skills. Our suite of products include property, life, commercial and banking services.
Responsibilities
- First point of professional contact via phone and in person
- Excellent phone skills, including note taking and conversational engagement
- Resolve client inquiries and help resolve service matters
- Expand the business through networking and marketing products
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Professionalism and attention to detail, must be able to take good notes and exhibit organizational skills
- Microsoft Skills required: Outlook, Excel
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, or related fields
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with a focus on customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to pass background check
