We’re looking for an engaging Training Specialist to join our Digital Engagement team within Michigan remotely.
As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for Contact Centre & Control Room employees. You will facilitate onboarding, orientation, and skills training, as well as identifying areas for continuous improvement within training operations.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver engaging onboarding, orientation, and skills training programs for different departments and job roles.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, including procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and multimedia presentations.
- Conduct needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, making adjustments to programs as needed to ensure learning objectives are met.
- Facilitate new hire and refresher training sessions, providing one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development, applying new knowledge to enhance training offerings.
- Perform administrative tasks related to training operations, such as creating reports, updating protocols, and documenting training sessions.
- Maintain tools and systems for tracking coaching and training sessions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to apply monthly training updates and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in training, preferably in customer service or contact center environments.
- 2+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in training delivery techniques, including facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with training software and learning management systems (LMS) is an asset
