Job Title: Assistant to the Project Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to the Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in project management.
Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager with the following:
Provide oversite of Daily construction activities
Attend Project meetings ( Daily, Safety, DFOW, etc…)
Manage SME Materials
Document Received Materials.
Communicate with Purchasing for Materials needed.
Track Materials Received against Request.
Compile required COC and material documentation.
Manage SME Submittals
Generate and revise submittals.
Submittal status Tracking.
Maintain Submittal log.
Manage SME RFI’s
Generate RFI.
RFI status Tracking.
Maintain RFI log.
Submit Daily Report
Documentation of Material Received that day.
Documentation of Tasks Performed that day.
Documentation of Daily onsite and offsite Labor Force.
Aid Project Superintendent with
Compiling of Testing Reports.
Inspection and Test Plans Submissions.
Inspection and Test Records Submission.
Aid Project QC with
Compiling of Testing Reports.
Inspection and Test Plans Submissions.
Inspection and Test Records Submission.
Documenting of inspection performed.
Track Current Drawing and Spec Revision.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong working knowledge of Bluebeam, Adobe DC, and Revit.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving

Pay: $35.00 - $88.00 per hour
