We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team .
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, text and in-person
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
- Contact delinquent accounts
- Process daily reports timey and close cash drawer when necessary
- Assist clients with the application process and collect documents needed.
- Researching and correcting mistakes in applications for clients
- Organizing files for new and former clients.
- Keep work area clean and inviting.
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficient in general administrative tasks
- Excellent proofreading abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Front desk reception experience is a plus
- Customer service experience would be beneficial but not necessary
