Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and mobility
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques
- Perform specialized procedures such as venipuncture, specimen collection, and processing
- Provide care for patients with developmental disabilities, senior care needs, or other specialized conditions
- Utilize medical equipment and devices such as DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and ophthalmology instruments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Experience working with patients with developmental disabilities, senior care needs, or specialized conditions is a plus
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) procedures and protocols
- Proficiency in performing venipuncture and specimen collection processing
- Familiarity with inhale medications and administration techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
