We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations in the Atlanta, Georgia area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships and for assisting in the development of business growth and retention, managing operations teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the the execution of strategic plans to achieve profitability goals
- Build customer relationships and manage customer retention
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to drive performance and productivity
- Responsilbe for identifying and developing future leaders for succession planning
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, protocols and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop business development strategies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profit loss analysis for the region
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure uniform compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for all regional locations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in janitorial or hospitality management is preferred but not required
- Preferred experience in facilities maintenance, floor care, porter, or commercial cleaning roles
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence others
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards while performing quality inspections
- Knowledge of custodial safety protocols and procedures preferred

- Bilingual-Spanish preferred
- Valid DL with a clear MVR
