Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Utilize dental software systems like Eaglesoft and Epic for patient records and treatment planning
- Perform oral surgery procedures when necessary
- Maintain infection control protocols in the dental office
- Interpret medical imaging for accurate diagnosis
- Monitor vital signs during procedures
- Code medical procedures accurately for billing purposes
Experience:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- State licensure to practice dentistry
- Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations is a plus
- Familiarity with medical coding for accurate billing
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols in a dental setting
