As highlighted in an agency strategic priority, Syntero will be a provider of choice for marginalized communities whose behavioral health needs are disproportionately worsened by racial disparity, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ageism, sexism, xenophobia and other harmful societal disparities and negative actions. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program Coordinator is responsible for program development, staff training and the overall integrity of Syntero’s programming to be culturally sensitive and informed regarding special needs and issues specific to diverse populations as served within Syntero’s service catchment areas.
This is a clinical position and includes 3 days of direct service and 2 days for program coordination per week.
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required.
LISW or LPCC required, Supervisory designation preferred.
At least five (5) years of experience providing direct services, program development, staff training and supervision.
