WLCAC has multiple positions available working with individuals who are currently homeless or are formerly homeless to achieve health, stability and wellness through Permanent Housing and Wrap Around Supportive Services.
Positions Available:
- ICMS Case Manager (4 positions) ($22-$24 hr based on experience)
- CBEST Case Manager (2 positions) ($22 -$24 hr based on experience)
- Front Desk/ Intake (2 positions) ($19 -$21 hr based on experience)

Assist high acuity individuals coming from Project Roomkey, the streets and other temporary housing situations locate and secure permanent housing!
The CBEST Case Manager supports client with obtaining medical information to apply successfully for SSI/SSDI benefits.
Maintain a caseload of clients and provide daily delivery of services and case management, providing and following up with linkages and referrals focusing on mental health, income increase, and housing retention services.
Maintain compliance and excellence with program charts; assessments, and documentation by entering daily progress notes in system(s).
Other program duties as assigned.
Working hours will be determined.
Education: Selected candidates for the above positions will have a Bachelors Degree and 2 years experience; AA and 4 years experience and 4 years experience in social services required. Must have current valid Drivers License and a CAN DO positive attitude! Must have COVID-19 Vaccines and Booster is highly encouraged.
Please note:
· It is required for you to have a car. To meet with clients at their appointments or travel to other meetings. You will not transport clients in your personal vehicle.
· Only up to one point in driving record.
· At least 3 years with a driver’s license, due to the nature of job requirement.
