The School of Technology and Innovation of the College of Business, Innovation, Leadership, and Technology (BILT) at Marymount University invites applications from alumni from Marymount University DSc in Cybersecurity to apply for a Research Fellowship for 2023-2025.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Doctoral Degree:
a. Awarded in last 5 years from regionally accredited institution, OR
b. Awarded earlier but individual shows significant research or outreach
(presentations, publications, teaching, etc.) activities in the past two years
2. Master’s Degree
a. With thesis component, AND
b. At least 2 years teaching experience in higher education
3. Interested in developing or continuing research with Marymount University BILT faculty and presenting/publishing this research under the university umbrella
4. Engaged in university activities for example as an adjunct, guest speaker, mentoring
undergraduate and graduate students in research initiatives such as the Student Research Conference), etc.
5. Interested in engagement in outward facing activi ties (e.g., presentations, organizational
membership) that acknowledge position at Marymount.
6. On-going publication in high-quality academic and professional journals.
7. Participation for a minimum of two-years.
Marymount will provide:
1. Access to the University Library for research purposes
2. Continued use of Marymount email acknowledging academic status
3. Support by faculty in joint research activities or support on individual research within the school’s field of expertise.
4. Assistance from faculty in identifying presentation, publication, and review opportunities
5. Review of potential publications by faculty (content) and/or a writing specialist (form and format)
6. Collaboration meetings with faculty and other fellows
7. Support at Marymount sponsored events such as the CCSC Eastern, CapWIC, SEINFORMS conferences, etc.
8. A diverse research community, including gender, ethnicity/race, age, and other factors.
