In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, both over the phone and via email. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Responsibilities** - Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and courteous manner. - Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer information and maintain customer records. - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers. - Analyze customer feedback and concerns to improve customer service and product offerings. - Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers and gather feedback. - Communicate effectively and clearly with customers in English and Spanish. - Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to customers. - Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. **Qualifications** - Proficiency in English and Spanish (multilingual skills are a plus). - Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze customer feedback and concerns to improve customer service and product offerings. - Experience with data entry and customer service software. - Strong upselling and sales skills. - A positive and customer-centric attitude.
