```Duties:```
- Administer medications and treatments to patients according to physician orders
- Manage airways and provide respiratory support as needed
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Coordinate and manage patient care, including developing and implementing care plans
- Assist with tube feeding and ensure proper nutrition for patients
- Provide end-of-life care and support for patients in hospice palliative medicine
- Apply knowledge of physiology to provide appropriate care and interventions
- Practice aseptic technique to prevent infection transmission
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for discharge planning
- Provide specialized care for infants, including monitoring growth and development
```Qualifications:```
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware or Compact States
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in a CVICU
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular physiology and related conditions
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and ability to make sound judgments
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology related to critical care
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
