ADMISSIONS AND RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Elizabeth Seton High School (ESHS) is a Catholic, secondary, college preparatory school for young women founded in 1959 by the Daughters of Charity. Job Summary:
The position provides a high level of responsive customer service and reliable follow-up to prospects and applicants throughout the admissions process to enrollment. Will report to a Director in the Office of Admissions and Student Recruitment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Play an active role in planning and implementing recruitment and admissions events and activities, including participating in recruitment events, information sessions, and open house events.
Represent ESHS at recruitment events, and interface with prospective parents and students.
Meet with prospective students for pre-application meetings to discuss the admission process, application requirements, and general information about ESHS’ programs.
Execute prospect communication plans in concert with other members of the Admissions Team.
Conduct thorough follow-up communication with applicants to ensure receipt of required admissions materials, completion of applications, and release of decision letters.
Promote customer satisfaction with prospective students and applicants.
Social Media Oversight and Content Creation
Supervise and curate content for all social media platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant material.
Recommend and develop a comprehensive social media strategic plan in coordination with Admissions, Athletics, and Advancement teams to enhance ESHS’ online presence.
Conceptualize and execute social media, web, and digital communication campaigns aligned with the school's mission and goals.
Enforce and manage ESHS social media, digital marketing, and web use policies.
Serve as a liaison between the department and students to develop authentic and creative content strategies.
Coordination:
Manage all administrative aspects of the recruitment function, including processing/reporting registration for all recruitment events.
Maintain the recruitment calendar and inventory.
Manage all prospect lists from events, ensuring prompt and accurate data entry.
Manage incoming inquiries from prospective students and parents.
Support the processing of applications.
Reporting and Data Analysis:
Generate status and trend reports utilizing the admissions/enrollment management database.
Participate in the evaluation process of outcomes and yearly evaluations of recruitment effectiveness through data analysis and research trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive knowledge about ESHS, its faculty, and its student population.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Expertise in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Experience with Blackbaud or similar database management software preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
An understanding of current marketing trends and strategies.
Dedication to making positive contributions to the student experience inside and outside the Admission/Recruitment Office.
Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
Some local travel as needed.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Non-Profit Management or Communications.
Two years of professional work experience.
