The Call Center Manager manages Emergency Roadside Services Call Center operations under the direction of the Call Center Director and in partnership with other Call Center Manager(s). Ensures that department runs effectively and efficiently with a sense of urgency. Oversees Member Service Representative (MSR) development program including recruitment, hiring, training, and coaching. Position assists with all areas of Emergency Roadside Services, Membership and Travel operations including workforce management, sales performance, member satisfaction performance, and effective delivery of all services.

Full supervisory responsibilities of Call Center team, including Supervisory staff.
Location/Schedule

This is a full-time onsite role based in our Lake Oswego Call Center (where Highway 217 meets I-5). Onsite parking is provided for this role.

Set Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00am-7:00pm.
Desired Skills

Bachelors’ degree or equivalent required.

2+ years of Call Center experience or equivalent work experience required.

4+ years of progressive leadership experience required with proven ability to lead and motivate at both staff and supervisory levels.

Strong employee development and interpersonal skills required.

Able to work with diverse groups of employees and customers in a inclusive and equitable manner.

Experience interviewing, hiring, and onboarding in a positive and effective manner.

Experience writing performance reviews, development plans, and supporting employee growth.

Exceptional Customer service skills with proven ability to de-escalate required.

Ability to analyze problems and make independent decisions using sound judgement.

Highly organized professional with previous operations experience preferred.
