AtlantisValley Foods is a successful and rapidly growing contract foodservice company in the Cottage Grove Wisconsin area. A full-time Monday through Friday customer service/office/clerical position is available for a skilled bookkeeping and office support team member to perform a variety of support, accounting, financial, and office tasks. Job Description
Answer phone calls politely and efficiently respond to administrative requests from clients and employees
First point of contact for the company.
Manages customer visits and inquiries, as well as assist with administrative tasks.
Essential Duties
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner, and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Monitor the office email for customer orders, issues, and concerns
- Assist walk-in visitors (job applicants, customers, vendors, deliveries, etc.)
- Perform administrative tasks; including maintaining an organized filing system, making copies, organizing fuel receipts, and assisting staff as needed
- Accurately data enter payable invoice information into an electronic system
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience –
- General Knowledge of office tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
