Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide prompt and efficient service
- Listen to customer inquiries and address their concerns in a professional and respectful manner
- Use appropriate systems and tools to input and maintain accurate customer information
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
- Verify and update customer account information as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns
- Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in computer skills, including navigating multiple systems and databases
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
