Duties:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary/Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry and order entry tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in order entry and maintaining detailed records
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred
