Based in the scenic area of Lake View, we specialize in a fast-growing portfolio of fix-and-flip and rental properties. Job Description:
As our In-House Real Estate Project Manager, you will be a central figure in managing both our project and property management activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Oversight: Communicating with on-site project managers to ensure project timelines are met, overseeing the ordering of materials, and managing payments to contractors. You will be responsible for every aspect of our fix-and-flip operations from inception to completion.
- Property Management: Handling all facets of managing our rental properties, including tenant acquisition, responding to work order requests, ensuring timely rent collection, and overseeing all related administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance systems and processes to streamline project and property management tasks.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and tenants to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate closely with our team to drive projects to completion and optimize property performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
Work Hours & Benefits:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
- Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
