- We are seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Services Liaison with a warrior spirit to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a passion for building relationships, and a strategic mindset to obtain referrals and establish new referral connections. This role is crucial in expanding our network and ensuring the growth and success of our medical services.
- Coverage area: Sugar Land and surrounding areas
- Base pay is 85 - 90K annually, but with bonuses and current volumes you'll be 90K - 100K or more. If you are good and can grow our volumes you can get to 120K+. Results (not effort) = Rewards.
- Increase awareness of PAD in the community, be a brand ambassador for PAD Specialists, drive appropriate referrals to PAD Specialists

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure new referral sources.
- Conduct market research to identify potential referral partners and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Present and promote our medical services to potential referral sources through in-person visits, presentations, and networking events.
Referral Management:
- Obtain and manage referrals from existing and new sources.
- Ensure a seamless referral process by coordinating with clinical and administrative staff.
- Monitor referral patterns and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports on referral activities and outcomes to the Director of Business Development.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and other promotional activities to enhance our presence and reputation.

- We currently do not offer paid holidays or paid time off. Our pay is at the 99th percentile for all positions in the locations that we are in. Higher pay has a far higher dollarized value than paid holidays or PTO does. Thus, we do not offer paid holidays or PTO -- we offer the highest pay around.
- You may take up to 80 hours of UTO (unpaid time off).

Requirements:
- 18 - month minimum commitment
- A warrior spirit, with determination, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required.)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful referral networks.
- Existing knowledge of and relationships with local Wound Care Doctors and Podiatrists are a big plus.
- Tech savviness/Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Drug screens and background check
- Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind, anticipate and preempt problems (rather than simply react to them)

- All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the PADS team, and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.
