Title: Customer Service Instructional Designer/Trainer
Location : Onsite position Richmond, VA

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Trainer experienced in instructional design and content delivery to design and deliver training content on various platforms including in-person, online, hybrid, and blended learning models using modern techniques and technology.
The content will be delivered to new hires and used for refresher training for all customer-facing and back-office employees in the Call Center, Revenue & Collections, Emergency Dispatch, and Field Service operations. Experience in the water and gas utility preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish a training program using modern technology and techniques.
Deliver training content using various platforms including in-person, online, hybrid, and blended learning models.
Update existing training material and convert all documents to electronic files.
Collaborate across the department and secassigned.thin the division to understand initial and refresher training needs and address accordingly.
Acclimate and adapt self and others to change.
Establish:
method(s) to track and address attendance & punctuality, assessments to gage the learner's progress.
rubric to evaluate engagement and overall success of the training program.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $94,793.05 - $95,987.33 per year
