Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of pastry products following traditional French recipes and Choc O Pain standards.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of baked goods by using high-quality ingredients sourced locally or imported from France.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production demands and maintain inventory levels.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a bakery setting or culinary environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in food handling, knife skills, and food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with baking
- Knowledge of culinary arts, catering, and working in a kitchen environment.
- Passion for the food industry and dedication to delivering exceptional baked goods.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work early mornings or overnight shifts if required.
