Our highly service oriented, cutting edge Oral and Endodontic Surgery practice is looking for a skilled Dental Front Office Coordinator. This position is a vital resource within our dental center and brings a wealth of clinical and administrative skills necessary to take our practice to the next level.

Essential Functions:
- Operate telephone equipment to answer and schedule appointment inquiries, invite new patients into the practice, follow up on unscheduled treatment and proper confirmation of all appointments.
- Proper handling of patient inquiries and concerns, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Provide information about the Practice, such as, location of office, employees within the organization and services provided.
- Insurance verification.
- Must have experience and knowledge of various insurance plans, PPO, HMO, discount plans and AHCCCS.
- Transmit information or documents to patients, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
- Must always represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.
- Must maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies.
- Must be comfortable and efficient when handling deadlines and task assignments.
- Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.
- Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
- Occasionally there may be some travel between locations.
- Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically.
