Job Summary
We are seeking a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Perform intakes and assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted board certified behavior analyst certification and maintain certification through the BACB.
- Previous experience as a RBT or BCBA preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Eligible to participate in state or federally funded programs such as Medicaid.
- Must be able to provide individualized applied behavior analysis services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
