Facilities Manager

We are seeking a reliable, talented, self-motivated Facilities Management professional to join our Civitan Foundation team at our camp location in Williams, AZ.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Ensure all buildings, grounds, program areas are maintained and improved as necessary to provide a safe and functional environment.
· Keep all state and institutional inspections current.
· Supervise Seasonal staff (janitorial, groundskeeper, work camper program), volunteers, and external contractors.
· Monitor inventories and place necessary orders.
· Maintain vehicles and equipment, including mini vans, wheelchair vans, facility vehicles, loaders, excavator, golf carts, both inhouse and hired shops.
· Participate in implementation of facility emergency plans.
· Maintain and repair plumbing, wastewater, electrical, and Wi-Fi systems.
· Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety standards.
· Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, contracts for facility, inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment.
· Provide recommendation for purchases of new equipment.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Water System: Daily functionality and maintenance of facilities 10,000-gallon water tank, ensuring no disruptions to the water flow as not to compromise the pump, provides repairs as needed to existing ground water pipes throughout camp and all buildings. Ensures water compliance with all county regulations.
Sewer System: Ensures functionality and repairs on any sewer system pipes. Completes daily checks for cleanliness and leakage, ensuring the septic tank is clean and clear.
Trash: Removal of all trash to dump and routinely maintaining the garbage trucks are clean and running.
Camp Equipment: Performing routine checks and maintenance on all camp equipment including but not limited to: Backhoe, tractor, trailers, vehicles, storage units, tools, and golf carts. Ensuring all equipment always remains in full working order. Provides set up for any town parades or events.
Grounds: Provides daily upkeep and maintenance of all camp’s grounds including but not limited to, playing equipment, fencing, gravel roads, parking spaces, volleyball court, sidewalks, wheelchair accessible walkways and gates. In the event of weather-related occurrences, pay special attention to addressing any hinderance to the daily functionality of the grounds.
Building Permits: Buying, maintaining and retention of plans and documentation associated with the facility maintenance including hauling materials from other locations as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a facilities manager or equivalent facilities management role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and schedule implementation skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and contracts.
- Maintenance and Construction skills including electrical, plumbing, concrete, equipment operation and maintenance, commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance, light construction.
- Must have or be able to obtain an AZ Fingerprint clearance card and pass a background clearance.
- Clear criminal background check and clean drug screen.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
