Job Description:
As a Nurse Manager at MedKick, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote nurses, ensuring that they provide top-notch care and comply with all regulatory and clinical guidelines. Your role will be pivotal in fostering an environment of clinical excellence and continuous improvement, leveraging technology to deliver effective healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of remote nurses, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in developing nursing policies and procedures that align with current standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient care through virtual platforms, ensuring patient needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
- Manage staffing logistics, including scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitoring the nurses perform at their highest capability
- Ensuring all the tools that the nurses use are efficiently working properly.
- Scheduling, touching base meetings with all our clients on a monthly basis, and ensuring that we deliver the highest quality of care to them.
- Touching base once a week with all of our nursing team to make sure they have everything they need and address any problems
- Oversee the quality performance and review the quality assessments of all the nurses' performance on a monthly basis.
- Improving and creating assessments for patient care delivery and following up on patient's requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Active RN license with at least 7 years of nursing experience, including significant leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of telehealth and remote care delivery models.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a remote team.
- Proficient with healthcare IT systems and comfortable using virtual communication tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, committed to patient safety and quality care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
