Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment labor laws
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict management
- Manage the performance evaluation process and provide feedback to employees
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment labor laws
- Proven ability to effectively recruit and select qualified candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle employee relations issues effectively
- Proficient in strategic planning and change management processes
- Familiarity with payroll processes and systems
- Ability to conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback
