Job Summary:
Ophthalmic Technicians are responsible for performing accurate medical testing and documentation in EHR, to allow for a proper diagnosis/treatment by the MD/OD.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and consistent ocular pretesting/documentation in EHR, which include:
- Running diagnostic equipment on patients
- Perform as an ophthalmic scribe
- Assist with pre-op examination or surgery paperwork as needed
- Perform other duties as required by Physician, Administrator, and Lead Technicians.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm (subject to change)
