Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Utilizes job-specific software
- Answering and routing incoming calls.
- Scheduling material movement via email and phone
- Data Entry
- Scanning/Filing
- Secondary telephone contact for in-house scale operator
- Supports the management team and mission of the company
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Highly organized and focused.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Dependable.
- Strong work ethic.
- High School diploma or GED
- Obtaining a weigh master license and working with other team members for truck scale coverage - we will train and send you for a weigh master license.
- 1-2 years Customer Service & Data Entry experience required.
- Prefer someone with knowledge of CieTrade software but willing to train the right individual
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
