Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Utilize effective phone etiquette and active listening skills to resolve customer concerns and issues.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer interactions, upsell or cross-sell relevant products, and promote special offers.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into our operations.
- Enter customer information and sales data into our system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in data entry and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience with outbound calling and upselling is highly desirable.
