Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
We are currently working in a temporary office in Ahwatukee but the permanent position will be in north central Phoenix. Candidate must be willing to commute to both locations.
Duties:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, handling mail, and document scanning and preparation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to effectively handle customer issues and complaints
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work in a team environment effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment including printer/fax/scanner
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
