Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thrive in.
- Engage individuals in recreational activities and community outings.
- Document and maintain accurate records of daily activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Ability to provide patient and compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their team, and their families.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary certifications or clearances.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
