Stores and maintains disposed court and administrative records which fall under the jurisdiction of this Office.

Monitor and maintain online public requests for documents.

Education and Experience:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

Must possess excellent time management skills and Balance work/Home life.

Must display adequate communication skills by clearly expressing ideas and exchanging information effectively in a verbal and non-verbal format.

Must be flexible in work assignments and other duties assigned without complaint.

Must be a Team Player and demonstrate a positive attitude without being intimidating, superior, or nonchalant and willingly participate in department and organizational activities and functions.

Must be able to maneuver, including lifting, climbing ladders and moving a minimum of thirty (30) lbs.

Must be able to multitask and easily adapt to changing daily workflow.

Testing will be required (Grammar 80% Typing 35 words per minute with 80% accuracy)

Must be eligible for employment in the United States of America.
