Strive! Health & Rehabilitation is looking for a positive, friendly and experienced Human Resources Manager. Strive! has been based in Ocala since 1984. We are known for our state-of-the-art out-patient therapy centers. We have four centers specializing in Orthopedics, Sports Injury, Occupational, and Hand Therapies.
We also staff and manager rehabilitation services for 2 local hospitals - Ocala Regional Medical Center and West Marion Community Hospitals.
We also own several smaller companies. Our staffing in total numbers about 150.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Responsible for day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Overall HR compliance
- Recruiting experience
- Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Coordinate communication with candidates, schedule and interviews
- Oversight of new employee orientation and on-boarding
- Customer Service experience is essential
- Must have great communication skills
- Fast paced environment
- Candidate must be self motivated and a team player
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years in a human resources role, in health care a plus, but not required
- Experience with Rippling a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- A proactive, positive, can-do attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
