Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations including NetSuite, Ocean Freight, Domestic Freight, and 3PL Management.
- Ensure efficient and accurate purchase order management, maintaining relationships with suppliers to guarantee quality and compliance.
- Coordinate logistics operations to optimize shipping and distribution processes, both internationally and domestically.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on operational activities and performance to senior management.
- Manage budget and resources effectively to meet operational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with expertise in NetSuite, Ocean Freight, Domestic Freight, and 3PL Management.
- Proven experience in purchase order management and supplier relationship management.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus.
