As a member of the Customer service team, you will assist with customer questions, inquiries, and issues related to accounts payable inquiries. You will take phone calls and answer chats/emails regarding accounts payables and bills. Successful candidates will be customer oriented with a commitment to quality and personal ethics with the ability to adapt to continuous policy and procedure changes. Works independently or as part of a group or team in a diverse work environment.
Requirements
At least 6 months of call center experience
- Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
- Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer’s issues.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
- Able to understand and accurately communicate customer’s needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to type 30 wpm
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
