Job Description:
- This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” which has obtained United States Citizenship is required.
- Experienced utilizing a multiple phone line system and routing calls to specific individuals.
- Experienced using industry standard software and computer systems is required.
- Ability to learn and use proprietary software to process information.
- Experienced in managing and saving multiple databases throughout the work day.
- Experienced in searching the internet for items and obtaining their detailed data sheets.
- Demonstrates an interest in personal learning and development. Seeks feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modifies behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past performance. Takes steps to develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, and ability to achieve goals.
- Demonstrates a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for work performed.

- Technically minded individual with a logical hands-on approach.
- Ability to mentally retain information on multiple ongoing projects on a day-to-day basis.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiar with different standard manufacturing processes used in industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment or independently to complete tasks.
- Preforms daily tasks with speed and accuracy in order to complete daily work on time.
Daily Tasks:
- Answering and Routing In-Coming Calls / Returning Calls from Vendors
- Updating Data Bases / Accurate Filing of Technical Data Packages
- Interpreting Parts Lists /Creating a Bill of Materials
- Input Materials into Costing Software
- Requests Quotes from Selected Sources
- Input Quote Information into Selected Cost Sheet
- Select Best Value Part for Final Bill of Material
- Prepare and Organize Information for Quote
- General Office Shop Maintenance/Organization
Some on the job training will be provided for this position so the applicant can meet the company’s expectations. The applicant is expected to have already developed some of their own office skill sets and should blend newly learned skills as jobs mandate. Fast and accurate data entry is desired and would be a great asset.
Rate of pay is competitive and commensurate with applicable experience, mastered skills and education.
