Responsibilities:
- Handle customer escalations
- Ensure that office exceeds daily office standards and goals
- Manage office day to day duties
- Ensure best practice standards are executed for the office
- Cross-sell and close sales
- Perform customer reviews and educate clients
- Work with the agent to meet sales goals
