Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messages
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and process orders
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role IN A CALL CENTER is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- FIRST HEALTH EXPERIENCE IS A BIG PLUS. (INDEMNITY, STM, LIMITED MED, ANCILLARY)
