Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Controller to join our team. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project budgets, including cost estimates and revenue projections
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
- Analyze project financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Assist in the development of project proposals by providing accurate cost estimates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Project Controller 5 years plus
- Experience Managing and assisting managing projects and working on commerical projects
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in ProCore
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
